Caitlin began her career in health care over ten years ago with qualifications in traditional Chinese Massage and Western Massage techniques. Inspired by one of her teachers, Caitlin chose to pursue a career with Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine due to her resonance with Chinese philosophy and eagerness to provide a holistic approach to healthcare.
Caitlin values the approach of treating underlying causes of disease through diet and lifestyle modification and she continues to regularly undergo training to expand her clinical knowledge in these areas.
Caitlin has a natural aptitude for enabling her patients to feel safe and calm during treatments. This is especially useful for patients who are seeking treatment for pain management, stress management, sleep difficulties and digestive health complaints.
Her favorite aspect of Chinese Medicine is that it encourages a healthy mindset and way of life which inspires people to be proactive in their own state of health.
In the clinic, Caitlin uses gentle acupuncture techniques in combination with massage, cupping and moxibustion for a holistic approach to healthcare.
