Judith is an endorsed clinical psychologist with many years’ experience in public health, research and education, and private practice. In addition, she is an accredited Triple P provider at all levels of the program, a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy provider.
Judith has specific clinical interests in the area of mood disorders including the severe mental illness spectrum among adolescents and adults. Judith has a specific interest in chronic health conditions and adjustment to chronic illness emphasizing mind-body integration
