I have had a passion in sports and health since school, which I was apart of the Soccer Excellence program at Kelvin Grove State College. I have always enjoyed going to the gym since a young age, whether it was to do group fitness classes, weight training, playing tennis or swimming. After finishing school I went on to pursue a career in fitness, which lead me to become a personal trainer. I embarked on this journey in 2016 and have found helping people with their fitness goals to be a rewarding career.
Throughout my studies I have found interest in musculoskeletal rehab and I do believe that poor biomechanics can lead to injuries and long-term pain. By understanding the way your body moves and performs functionally can help me to develop a program that I can guide you through and help you overcome any boundaries that effect your daily activities.
