Professional Background
Dr. White is a Brisbane boy (born and bred)! He completed his science degree at The University of Queensland in 2000 and went on to do a research year before commencing his medical studies. He graduated medicine from The University of Queensland in 2005. He spent five years with Queensland Health rotating through multiple hospitals before commencing his general practice training. He was awarded his general practice fellowship in 2013 and has worked in a variety of suburbs throughout Brisbane since.
Dr. White has three boys and understands the challenges that come with trying to balance life, work and health. He really enjoys the diversity that comes with general practice and is happy managing the wide ranging concerns and conditions that patients present with. He performs minor skin excisions and has an interest in diabetes management and mental health. He believes in a team based approach to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
