Dan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who graduated in 2022 from the University of Queensland with a passion in pain management and athletic development. Guided by the notion that ‘the most effective exercise is the one you will do’, Dan aims to develop individual treatment plans that complement clients’ needs and to provide benefit to day-to-day activities.
With a background in team sports, Dan understands the importance of connection and relationship and endeavours to establish positive relationships with all clients. Backed by a wide range of experience training neurocognitively impaired to youth athletes, Dan employs a range of strategies from education to the inclusion of games in training programs to ensure clients find joy and gain benefit from their exercise programs.
