Hydrotherapy
GO2 Health is excited to be offering rehabilitative hydrotherapy classes!
About
Hydrotherapy uses water as resistance to help improve joint, muscles, heart, lung and mental health, amongst many other positive effects. Hydro is suited and tailored to people of all ages and abilities, particularly those who are injured or who are living with a chronic condition or chronic pain. Because of water’s buoyancy, hydro can be well tolerated in the rehabilitative setting as it takes pressure off the joints whilst still allowing exercise to be completed. Sessions are facilitated by our friendly GO2 Physiotherapists Damon Kerns-Stokes, Rene Schaeffer and Benjamin Ho.
